At H.E.R. Institute, we believe every family deserves access to compassionate, evidence-based support throughout their pregnancy, breastfeeding, and parenting journey. Through education, advocacy, research, and community-centered programs, we work to improve maternal and infant health outcomes while empowering families to make informed decisions about their care.
Founded on the principles of health equity, informed choice, and family empowerment, H.E.R. Institute is dedicated to addressing disparities in maternal and child health by providing culturally responsive services that meet families where they are.

To inspire, educate, and empower families through equitable maternal and infant health programs, breastfeeding education, professional development, and community advocacy that promote healthy outcomes for mothers, babies, and communities.

A world where every family has access to the knowledge, resources, and support needed to thrive during pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and early parenthood—regardless of race, income, or circumstance.
